摘要：

在简要介绍国际新创企业的定义和类型的基础上,本文对近年来关于国际新创企业的国际化驱动因素、国际化成长过程和国际绩效等三个方面的研究成果进行了梳理,构建了国际新创企业研究的整合性框架,同时指出了未来研究的方向,以期为后人对这一领域的深入研究提供一个动态分析脉络。
