摘要：

为应对长期以来威胁南方电网安全运行的区域间功率振荡问题,南方电网公司2005年承担了国家重大产业技术专项"多回直流基于广域信息的自适应协调控制"。该项目力图构建一个以广域测量系统的信息为输入、以南方电网多回直流功率为输出的闭环阻尼控制系统。3年来该项目完成了项目理论分析、控制系统设计、样机研发、RTDS测试、现场安装、联合调试、试运行评估、闭环扰动测试等一系列工作。世界上第一个调制多回直流的广域阻尼控制系统即将在南方电网投入正式运行。为此,回顾了该项目所完成的各阶段工作,介绍了交直流并联大电网广域阻尼控制技术从理论到工程实践的历程中所遇到并解决的一系列的关键技术问题。
