跨阶层代际流动是否增加人们的社会资本——基于中国综合社会调查的分析

摘要：

跨阶层代际流动是社会结构开放性的重要标志,而社会资本是测量流动群体和个人融入新阶层的指示器。全国综合社会调查数据分析显示,进入本世纪以来,实现了跨阶层代际流动的群体增加了人际网络规模,其效果对于中下阶层尤为明显。与此同时,向下流动群体保持其出身阶层的优势,其网络资源含量显著高于未流动群体;向上流动群体,虽然出身于较低阶层,其网络资源达到流入阶层的平均水平。基于集体主义和个体主义双重排斥理论,论文剖析了数据分析结果,并讨论了它们的理论意义和现实意义。
