数字图书馆中人机交互维度与用户交互绩效的关系研究

摘要：

通过招募42位本科生进行实验研究,探讨数字图书馆环境中用户交互信息搜索行为与交互绩效之间的关系。结果表明,用户与数字图书馆在不同维度的交互会在不同程度上影响交互绩效。其中,技术维度的"界面易用性"、"导航清晰性"和"栏目信息组织合理性",信息维度的"所获信息充分性"及任务维度的"获得任务所需信息的信心"显著影响且可预测用户与数字图书馆的交互绩效。
