直接法合成疏水介孔分子筛SBA-15-SO3H固体酸及其催化性能

以三嵌段共聚物PEO20-PPO70-PEO20(P123)为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯、3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和烷基硅烷偶联剂为硅源,用直接法制备了疏水性SBA-15介孔分子筛固体酸。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、IR、相对润湿接触角、滴定酸量等方法对样品进行了表征。结果表明,SBA-15-SO3H具有较好的有序孔道结构,有机基团已很好的引入到SBA-15中,制备的催化剂样品C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H的润湿接触角可达91.81o,酸量达0.88 mmolH+/g。以乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应为探针实验,考察了改性SBA-15的催化性能,结果发现样品C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H的催化效果好,乙酸转化率达86.5%。
