信息技术接受行为研究模式述评

摘要：

信息技术的迅猛发展对国民经济的发展具有巨大推进作用,因此,对信息技术的接受行为研究一直是信息系统研究领域的重要议题。技术接受模型是解释和预测人们对信息技术接受程度的基础理论中最为著名、成果也最为丰富的模型。文章对技术接受模型的形成和发展进行简述,重点阐述技术接受模型研究过程中形成的两类研究模式:"TAM++"研究模式和整合模型研究模式,最后结合各学者对技术接受模型研究的观点,得出了信息技术接受行为研究过程中存在的问题及今后的研究方向。
