摘要：

知识转移活动总是在一定的社会情景中进行的。分析了社会网络情景中的知识转移活动,指出不同的网络结构对知识转移的作用是不同的。通过案例分析,进一步得出,组织在维护好组织内部强关系网络的同时,要积极建立范围广阔的外部网络,并根据知识转移的需要,把外部的弱关系适时变成强关系,转移组织需要的隐性知识。
