区域创新动力机制及实证分析:以山西为例

摘要：

提出基于四种动力源的区域创新系统动力机制理论模型,并以山西为例进行实证分析。结果表明,在企业创新的原动力方面,创新成果的新颖性不够;工艺创新是企业进行创新的主要表现形式;小型企业的创新活动最为密集,但它们的创新效益不高。在科学基础的推动力方面,研发人员和政府的科研经费投入不足,全省的综合科技进步水平长期处于全国的中下游水平。在创新环境的支持力方面,政策对创新的影响不够明显。在转移因素的整合力方面,企业的创新合作感较弱,创新合作程度不够。
