外部组织整合与新产品开发绩效关系实证研究:以产品创新程度为调节变量

摘要
分析了外部组织整合对新产品开发绩效的影响,以中国制造企业为研究对象对外部组织整合与新产品开发绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究,并考察了产品创新程度的调节作用。研究表明,对于中国制造企业而言,组织间信息分享、关系协调及共同参与对新产品开发绩效都有正向影响,产品创新程度对组织间信息分享、关系协调与新产品开发绩效之间关系具有正向调节,而对于组织间共同参与和新产品开发绩效之间关系的调节作用不显著。
