锰掺杂(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-(K0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-BaTiO3-SrTiO3陶瓷结构与电性能

用固相法制备了MnCO3掺杂的0.824(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-0.08(K0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-0.018BaTiO3-0.078SrTiO3(简称(1-x)NKBS-xMn)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了不同掺杂量的MnCO3(x=0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%摩尔分数)对NKBS陶瓷的结构及电性能的影响。结果表明:所有样品均形成单一的钙钛矿结构;掺杂MnCO3后,促进了陶瓷晶粒的长大,提高了陶瓷的致密度,降低了介质损耗。当掺杂适量的MnCO3(x=0.5%),既能提高陶瓷的平面机电耦合系数kp,也能提高其机械品质因子Qm,表现"软硬双性"的掺杂效应。该系陶瓷具有介电弛豫特性,MnCO3的引入在一定程度上提高了其弥散因子γ。
