森林生态资产定价随机控制模型构建研究

摘要：
界定了森林生态资产的概念,并应用资产组合理论,构建和模拟了随机最优控制定价模型,对森林经营管理和森林生态资产定价提出了相应的结论和建议:政府和市场可以通过木材价格、税收、奖惩、动态补偿等行政手段和经济手段合理定价,促使森林生态资产的补偿和交易,从而充分发挥森林生态系统的经济、生态和社会综合效益。
