sB7-H3、G-CSF在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清中的表达及其临床意义

摘要：

目的探讨s B7-H3、G-CSF在肺炎支原体肺炎((Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia,MPP)患儿血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法我院于2015年3月至2016年3月期间收治的92例MPP患儿,为观察组,另选取同期来我院正常体检的30例健康儿童作为对照组,测定血清s B7-H3、G-CSF、IFN-γ、IL-17水平及相关中性粒细胞指标,考察血清指标及及炎症因子相关性。结果 MPP组血清s B7-H3、G-CSF、IFN-γ、IL-17水平显著高于对照组,IL-4水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。MPP组血浆中中性粒细胞占比显著高于对照组,中性粒细胞吞噬率、中性粒细胞吞噬指数水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。白细胞总数及中性粒细胞数在MPP组中显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。MPP患儿血清s B7-H3水平与IFN-γ、GM-CSF存在正相关性(P<0.05),但与IL-4、IL-17无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 s B7-H3在MPP患儿体内高表达,且与IFN-γ、GM-CSF存在正相关性,为探讨临床MP感染后的炎症机制提供依据。
