摘要：

近年来区域创新体系(RIS)已成为国内外区域经济研究的热点,通过对近三年(2007-2009)国外学者研究区域创新体系的主要文献进行了回顾,对区域创新体系的构成要素、影响因素、评价体系、实证研究等四个方面的研究进行梳理和述评,归纳综合了目前国外RIS相关研究中存在的问题,并对区域创新体系的未来研究方向进行展望。
