诱引与科技人才工作绩效关系研究——工作嵌入为中介变量

摘要
如何激发科技人才工作积极性不仅是理论研究关注的焦点,也是企业管理实践中的关键问题。为科技人才提供诱引是提高其工作积极性的有效途径之一。本文以浙江省210名科技人才为研究对象,探讨了诱引对科技人才工作绩效的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,诱引对科技人才的工作绩效具有显著正效应,科技人才的工作嵌入在这一关系中发挥了重要的中介作用。管理者在科技人才激励过程中,为了促进科技人才工作绩效的提高,应该特别关注诱引的重要作用,并采取积极手段监控科技人才的工作嵌入水平。
