老年照料对家庭照料者医疗服务利用的影响——基于中国健康与养老追踪调查数据的经验研究

摘要：

本文利用2011年和2013年中国健康与养老追踪调查（CHARLS）数据,运用固定效应模型和倾向得分匹配法,考察了老年照料对女性家庭照料者医疗服务利用的影响。结果发现,总体上女性家庭照料者的门诊利用概率增加了5.18%6.95%,但不同年龄组存在异质性;低龄老年照料者（56～65岁）的门诊利用概率增加了10.79%12.90%,其医疗负担有可能增加;而中年照料者（45～55岁）的门诊利用概率不变甚至下降,这主要是由于照料受时间约束而无暇就医,从而不能及时补偿其健康损耗。上述结论表明,中国家庭老年照料对医疗服务体系提出了挑战,本文从照料者的角度提出了增强医疗服务可及性、维护健康的政策建议。
