摘要：

【目的/意义】通过对国际智库知识群的聚类,分析相关热点问题,以期对我国的智库研究和发展起到一定的借鉴意义。【方法/过程】运用文献计量学和知识图谱方法,对SCI数据库中从1990年至2016年所有国际智库研究的文献数据进行聚类,绘制国际智库研究前沿热点知识图谱。【结果/结论】发现国际智库研究核心知识群主要由公共政策和核心智库两大聚类形成;前沿热点主要围绕外交政策、新自由主义、公共政策、实证研究、关键路径注册模型、德尔菲法、数字化治理等。
