摘要
教师教育者对教师教育的质量、教师的素质有着重要的影响。近年来,西方学者对教师教育者进行了深入的研究。研究关注于教师教育者的角色,所面临的压力与挑战,所需具备的专业知识与能力,所需达到的专业标准及其评价等方面的问题。该研究对于加强我国教育实习指导教师的研究与培训有着重要的借鉴意义。
