摘要：
人工智能技术的发展带来了一系列伦理问题,其中能否将人类价值观和规范嵌入人工智能系统,从而赋予人工智能机器以人性的光辉,成为当前人工智能机器面临的突出伦理问题。人工智能机器在做出伦理决策时,面临自上而下和自下而上的将伦理准则嵌入人工智能机器的方法论困境。从目前来看,人们不需要也不可能把伦理准则嵌入人工智能机器。为应对人工智能机器的伦理挑战,我们可以采取法律规制、技术监管、伦理建模和程序正义等综合策略。
