教师社会情感能力框架及发展策略——基于国外文献的分析

摘要
教师社会情感能力是影响学生发展的重要因素,也是教师专业发展的先决条件。当前我国教师社会情感能力的理论研究和实践探索还远远不足。基于国外文献的分析,教师社会情感能力框架有"车轮框架"和"三维框架"。教师社会情感能力的发展策略包括:从个人维度来说,教师进行自我觉察的练习;从学校维度来说,构建教师社会情感能力发展的支持体系;从社会维度来说,开发教师社会情感能力发展的宏观资源。
