摘要：

本文对中国国有企业民营化前后的绩效进行对比分析,样本为在1999—2005年实施私有化发行的公司。本文从盈利能力、产出水平和运营效率三个方面衡量上市公司的绩效表现。研究结果表明:(1)国有企业私有化发行后的盈利能力(总资产收益率、净资产收益率和销售利润率)整体上是下降的。(2)国有企业私有化发行后的产出水平(实际销售额)得到很大提升。(3)国有企业私有化发行后的运营效率(劳动生产率)得到一定程度的改善。本文的研究有助于利益相关者理解国企私有化发行在中国的效果,并为评估中国国企改革提供理论和实证基础。
