摘要：
随着联盟管理研究的不断深入,研究的焦点从最初的强调联盟的形成、控制与结构转向对联盟过程的研究。公平作为联盟交易过程中表现出来的一个重要特征开始受到研究者的重视。文章综述了战略管理学派、组织学派和营销学派对联盟中公平的研究,并指出现有研究的不足以及未来的研究方向。
