Introduction With the theme of “Territorial and Spatial Planning and City Upgrading in the Post-Pandemic Era,” the 2021 Annual Conference of the International Urban Planning Academic Committee of the Urban Planning Society of China(UPSC) was successfully held at Soochow University from May 29 to 30, 2021.
