产学研项目利益相关方关系网络演化动力研究

摘要：

通过梳理相关研究文献,总结出产学研项目利益相关方关系网络演化的12个驱动因素。在此基础上运用探索性因子分析提炼出属性、交往和环境三个驱动维度,构建产学研项目利益相关方关系网络演化的动力模型,并通过调查问卷数据运用结构方程模型进行验证和修正。研究结果表明,三个驱动维度对产学研项目利益相关方关系网络演化均有着正向总效应,其中交往驱动是产学研项目利益相关方关系网络演化的最大动力,而且属性驱动和环境驱动正向影响交往驱动。
