白光LED用Sr3Gd(PO4)3:Dy3+荧光粉的光谱性能

摘要
以碳酸锶、氧化钆、磷酸氢二铵、氧化镝为原料,使用人工智能箱式炉在空气气氛中1300℃下反应11h,合成了Sr3Gd(PO4)3:Dy3+荧光粉。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明,Sr3Gd(PO4)3基体中含有少量Sr3(PO4)2杂质相时有利于提高荧光粉的发光强度。在365 nm紫外光激发下,Sr3Gd(PO4)3:Dy3+系列样品可以通过单一基质获得白光,在白光LED领域具有潜在的应用前景。
