丹参酮ⅡA抗肾间质纤维化作用机制的研究进展

摘要
肾间质纤维化(RIF)是所有慢性肾脏病(CKD)发展的最终结果,也是导致终末期肾脏疾病的主要原因之一。RIF的发生发展过程复杂,是一种多致病因素、多机制参与的疾病,只干预孤立靶点的效果并不理想。丹参酮ⅡA是从丹参的根中提取的主要亲脂性成分,可通过抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗细胞凋亡、减少细胞外基质沉积、改善肾间质微血管循环、保护血管内皮、阻断细胞信号通路、抑制促纤维化因子的释放等作用,保护肾小管的正常结构和延缓RIF发生。
