摘要：
读者决策的图书馆采购开始迅速地应用在美国研究型图书馆,尤其是在电子图书采购的实践中。文章简要地回顾了图书馆藏书建设的形成以及催生这种新型模式的原因和技术环境,并描述了它的工作流程和问题。
