组织学习对企业获取创新收益的影响研究

摘要
创新企业有时会无法获取创新收益,因此分析并发现影响企业获取创新收益的要素有着重要意义.结合突变创新和渐进创新在知识上的差异,以及探索性学习和应用性学习给组织带来知识的不同,分析了组织学习在获取创新收益过程中所发挥的作用.研究发现探索性学习正向调节突变创新与绩效的关系,负向调节渐进创新与绩效的关系;应用性学习负向调节突变创新与绩效的关系,正向调节渐进创新与绩效的关系.
