工程项目组织集成对项目绩效的影响路径

摘要：
基于文献梳理和理论分析,以建设工程项目为研究对象,用组织关系、组织能力、组织结构、共同价值四个关键构架描述组织集成,以过程绩效、质量绩效、创新与学习绩效和利益相关者绩效多维度衡量项目绩效.然后借助于结构方程模型和AMOS软件,采用问卷调查法分析了工程项目组织集成对项目绩效的影响作用路径.研究结果表明:不是所有的组织集成关键构架都积极地直接作用于项目绩效维度,组织关系通过共同价值作用于各个绩效维度;组织能力、组织结构、共同价值对各绩效维度的影响路径也不止一条.该研究丰富和发展了组织集成和项目绩效理论基础,为工程项目管理者提升组织集成从而促进项目绩效提供实践指导.
