“分享经济”发展态势及政策建议

摘要：
"分享经济"作为一种新型商业模式,在国内外发展迅速。本文从"分享经济"的发展态势、面临的主要问题出发,分析了当前世界主要发达国家和我国发展"分享经济"的做法以及"分享经济"兴起的原因。同时指出,"分享经济"对推动经济转型升级具有积极作用,但与传统经济发展模式仍然存在摩擦,且制度机制升级不畅、区域基础设施分配不均等原因也会阻碍"分享经济"发展。基于此,本文认为,应继续完善社会信用体系建设、推进精细监管体制建设,并通过设立"分享经济"专项试点推广"分享经济"在全国开展。
