广东省老年人认知功能障碍现况及其影响因素分析

目的调查广东省城乡社区≥60岁老年人认知功能障碍现状及其流行特征。方法调查对象来自2019年广东省3个地市6个地区60岁及以上的老年人,使用简易精神状况检查量表（MMSE）进行认知功能评定,共5 691名老年人的数据纳入分析。采用χ2检验分析不同人口学特征的老年人群间认知功能障碍的差异,采用多因素logistic回归模型分析老年人认知功能障碍的影响因素。结果调查对象的认知功能障碍率为14.95%,认知功能障碍率在女性、农村、文盲、无配偶、独居和低体重老年人中较高（P <0.05）。多因素分析显示,认知功能障碍的危险性在女性、≥75岁、农村、无配偶、独居和低体重老年人中较高（女性:OR=1.74,95%CI:1.45～2.08; 75～79岁组:OR=1.86,95%CI:1.43～2.42;≥80岁组:OR=4.10,95%CI:3.15～5.33;农村:OR=2.43,95%CI:1.88～3.15;无配偶:OR=1.32,95%CI:1.08～1.62;独居:OR=1.37,95%CI:1.06～1.78;低体重:OR=1.42,95%CI:1.10～1.82;）,小学文化程度和超重的老年人认知功能障碍的危险性相较于文盲和正常体重的老年人低（小学文化:OR=0.58,95%CI:0.48～0.70;超重:OR=0.75,95%CI:0.62～0.91）。结论广东省老年人认知功能障碍现状形势严峻,应积极开展良好生活方式的健康宣教,加强对老年人认知功能障碍的早期预防和干预工作。
