摘要：
ELSI研究自20世纪70年代兴起以来,在美国ELSI研究计划的推动下,取得了长足发展并进入了社会公众视野。2000年之后,ELSI研究呈现出更加全面和体制化、专业化的发展态势,成为一个重要的多学科交叉研究领域。ELSI研究的兴起与发展是当代科学技术发展伴带各种实际或潜在的社会影响的必然结果,也是学界萌发科学治理理念并付诸实施的体现。随着科技快速进步、科技与社会关系日益紧密,ELSI研究也将进一步向更加具有前瞻性、体制化、专业化以及全球化视域的方向迈进。
