亲子共同居住可以改善老年家庭的福利水平吗?——基于CHARLS数据的证据

摘要：

本文利用"中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)"2008年的先导调查数据,对不同类型老年家庭的福利差异、老年人居住偏好、亲子现实居住模式以及后两者的匹配进行了实证研究。总体上,老年人多样化的养老需求、子女的需求、人口结构变化、个人观念和教育水平等因素,对老年人居住偏好和亲子现实居住模式都存在实质性的影响;传统上的"儿子偏好"和大家庭观念对老年人居住模式的影响依然存在。亲子共同居住并未明显改善老年家庭的福利水平。不同老龄群体中,老年人的居住偏好和现实居住模式都存在差异,现实中规模庞大的老年人的居住偏好没有得到满足。
