摘要：

在系统归纳创新组织模式类型的基础上,按照资源与活动整合度的强弱对典型的创新模式类型、内涵及分类进行了界定;指出创新动机、模式经验与能力、合作对象属性以及企业外部环境是影响创新模式选择的核心要素;根据交易成本、资源基础观以及产业组织等相关理论,分析了影响因素与模式选择的内在机理;最后构筑了一个企业创新组织模式选择的系统范式——C-MECE模型,指出企业创新模式的最终取舍取决于环境与能力约束下创新企业的模式需求与可供选择模式之间的合理匹配。
