摘要：

本文研究发现:外商合资企业资本进入速度对内资企业绩效调节作用较弱,而外商独资企业资本进入速度对内资企业绩效调节作用呈现正向关系。通过将外资企业控制权异质性和外资进入速度整合在统一的理论框架中,本文显著推进了关于外资溢出效应的研究边界,研究结果对相关政策具有重要的指导意义。
