摘要：

信息素养标准是指导信息素养理论和实践的典范。随着信息生态环境的变化和高等教育的变革,2013年美国开始对《高等教育信息素养能力标准》进行全面修订。根据2015年ACRL标准委员会向董事会提交的最终文档——《高等教育信息素养框架》,对六大信息素养基础性的核心临界概念——"阈值"进行简介,探讨新框架为中国信息素养理论研究和实践探索的启示。
