摘要：

基于产业组织学的公司资本结构研究是资本结构理论的重要组成部分。近年来,该领域在资本结构影响因素的理论和实证研究中取得了一系列进展。本文将介绍包括产品市场竞争强度、市场利益相关者、多样性策略和垂直一体化等公司资本结构产业组织影响因素的最新研究进展,以期为国内相关研究提供参考。
