Purpose: To present evidence that aqueous flow into Schlemm’s canal (SC) and from Schlemm’s canal to the aqueous veins is pulsatile. Methods: Clinical methods include examination at the operating microscope during unroofing of SC, gonioscopy and the slitlamp. Clinical methods are correlated with observations from
