摘要：

众多研究表明,年龄与学术活力及其表现间并不存在确定性的关联。年龄不构成一个直接的影响变量,而是高校教师学术职业生涯展开轨迹的时间标尺。以年龄为切入点来探究影响学术人成长全程的各种内外因素及其关系内涵,对于我们检视和完善目前有关学术制度与政策、优化和激活各种学术资源配置有着更为重要的现实意义。
