摘要：
N-Boc-2, 5-bis(trimethylsilyl)pyrrolidine 4 was synthesized from the reaction of N-Boc-pyrrolidine 1 with trimethylsilyl chloride (TMSCl) at optional temperature in one-pot in good yield.
