<正>围术期急性疼痛是令每一位手术患者担心却必须面对的问题,也是麻醉医生的重要工作内容之一。如果术后早期的急性疼痛得不到及时控制,会增加患者痛苦,增加并发症,甚至会转变成慢性疼痛,给患者带来长久的烦恼,降低生存质量。如何为患者提供完善的围术期镇痛是麻醉学领域的重大课题,至今仍没有一个明确的答案。早在一个世纪以前,Crile[1]就提出了"anoci-association"的概念,意思是阻断一切有
