<正>抑郁是轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）发展为阿尔茨海默病（AD）的重要危险因素[1],MCI和抑郁是老年人常见的疾病,这两者之间的关系复杂,本文对MCI与抑郁的流行病学进行综述。1 MCI的定义MCI是介于正常认知功能和临床可能的AD之间的状态[2,3]。MCI临床表现为记忆力、语言功能,注意力、执行功能、
