肿瘤专科医院护士共情能力现状调查及影响因素分析

摘要：

目的调查肿瘤医院护士共情能力现状及相关影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法, 选取天津医科大学肿瘤医院20个科室中共200名护士作为研究对象, 采用一般资料调查问卷、杰弗逊共情量表和护士临床沟通能力量表对研究对象进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤医院护士共情能力总分为(110.89 ± 16.98)分, 亲属是否有肿瘤患病经历、是否接受过共情相关培训及沟通能力对共情能力有影响(R2=0.159, F=11.093, P<0.01)。结论肿瘤医院护士共情能力处于中等水平, 亲属患病经历、培训及沟通能力是肿瘤医院护士共情能力的主要影响因素, 管理者可通过开展相关共情培训或从提高护士的沟通能力入手, 从而提高护士的共情能力。
