摘要：

文章建立了一个卫生经济学与人口经济学理论模型,引入了存活可能导致负效用的概念,计算出退休老人在每一年龄段的最优健康存量及预期存活寿命,并首次从理性人角度分析了婚姻状况及婚姻质量对于老年健康与存活保护性效应的作用机制,为相关的实证研究提供了理论依据。
