伦理与社会责任——来自企业层面的实证分析

摘要：

伦理型领导能否提高企业的社会责任?研究采用问卷调查法,以浙江移动、上海中兴通讯、盛大游戏、浙江烟草等多家企业的207名基层和中层管理人员为研究对象,探讨了伦理型领导对企业社会责任行为的影响及其内在作用机制。结果表明:(1)伦理型领导对促进产品责任、员工责任、环境责任、诚信公正、公益责任均具有显著的正向影响;(2)伦理型领导对塑造良好的伦理气氛有显著的正影响;(3)组织伦理气氛对伦理型领导与企业社会责任在以上影响过程中起部分中介作用。制度导向的伦理气氛在伦理型领导与产品责任、公益责任、环保责任、诚信公正之间均担当中介角色;关爱导向伦理气氛则只在公益责任、环保责任、诚信公正间存在中介作用。
