The 8International Symposium on Refractories, organized by The Chinese Ceramic Society and The Chinese Society for Metals, was held on Oct. 16-17, 2021 in Wuhan, China. The theme is "More Advanced Refractories, Greener High Temperature Industries". Over 600 delegates participated the symposium.Gao Ruiping, director of The Chinese Ceramic Society, gave a speech on behalf of the organizers.
