多边公共平台治理绩效的影响因素分析

摘要：

平台绩效分解为建设投入绩效、运行管理绩效与结果绩效。平台绩效最终体现为用户黏性、用户规模和价值输出等变量。多边平台与信息技术没有必然关联;政府平台领导影响平台建设顺利程度;网络效应与平台绩效正相关,激发网络效应是改进绩效的核心机制;平坦化策略、平台间互联互通及提高转换成本有助于提高用户黏性,用户黏性越高用户规模越大;用户规模最能体现平台绩效,扩大用户规模是平台型治理的基本操作路径。
