老年人“共病”问题概述

摘要：
老年人同时患多种疾病和/或老年综合征,统称为“共病”。共病发生率高,增加医疗资源的消耗,增加发生不良事件、失能和死亡的风险。老年人“共病”概念的提出,提示老年医务工作者的临床工作应由针对疾病的亚专科诊疗模式转向老年医学的综合评估及个体化治疗模式。本文针对共病的概念、流行病学、影响、诊治策略等方面进行简要阐述。
