摘要：

研究型大学技术转移已成为提升国家创新能力、促进经济发展的重要动力。近期美国境内关于美国研究型大学技术转移影响因素的研究取得了新的进展。本文主要对相关重要研究文献进行评述,并提出大学内部技术转移整体型运作模式,以资借鉴。
