摘要：
It is a common phenomenon that Chinese students seldom read English classics.Many recent studies have shown that Chinese students have low motivation to read English classics.The purpose of this paper is to find the reasons of low motivation and help Chinese students to read more English classics.This paper used questionnaire and interview to investigate the reasons.At the end of the paper some possible solutions are provided to help improve their motivation.
