脂肪因子调控骨代谢作用研究进展

摘要
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)等慢性骨代谢异常疾病发病率日益上升,严重影响人民身体健康,近年来对它的研究越来越多,且如何治疗骨代谢异常疾病已成为最重要的问题。人体脂肪组织产生的内脂素、网膜素-1(Omentin-1)、趋化素(Chemerin)、脂钙素-2(lipocalin 2,LCN2)、Vaspin、视黄醇结合蛋白-4(RBP-4)、奈斯法汀-1(Nesfatin-1)、Apelin和脂联素(APN)等脂肪因子可通过促进成骨细胞(osteoblast, OB)介导的骨形成和抑制破骨细胞(osteoclast, OC)介导的骨吸收来调节骨代谢异常保护骨骼稳态。本文就脂肪因子干预骨代谢异常疾病的机制作一综述,以期为后续临床治疗骨代谢异常疾病寻找新的靶点提供新的思路与基础。
